For a While Wizards of the Coast have been making some questionable decisions in regards to how Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering have been handled, but this past year has been particularly special. The Open Gaming License(OGL) , is something that has given birth to play sysetms and supplementation that have helped to expand not only the D&D universe, but the community as a whole. This year, WotC announced that they would be presenting a new version of the OGL, and this gave birth to the Open RPG Creative (ORC) and a whole slew of new tabletop RPGs.
